Our family has been going here for a couple months now and it has been a really positive experience. The teachers are really nice and make it fun and interesting. We have had the opportunity to work with several different students as practice partners and every one of them has been really cool. The Gracie style is not an ego trip. It is about being prepared to defend yourself and stay safe. They even have bully proof classes for kids. We hope to get our niece enrolled in those soon. - Another really cool thing about this school is you can totally try it out for free for 2 weeks. Thats what we did and we liked it and stayed.
Posted 2 years agoMy son Roman has been a part of Gracie Jiu Jitsu West Mesa for a couple of years now. Jimi and the guys run a great gym, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good kids program.

Posted in the last weekWe like going here for training. The teachers and students are welcoming and ready to answer any questions. They made it easy to check it out because they gave us a free 10 day trial so we could see if it was something we wanted to commit to doing. No pressure to get you to sign up. Try it and if you like it stay. So we decided to stay and have been there a few months now.
Posted a year agoI have always been interested in learning a new Martial Art and Ju-Jitsu has caught my interest the most. I also was looking for a place my Son 5yrs old could attend and learn, and when I came across this location. I had tried the free 10 consecutive days for my Son. Need less to say he loves it. So I had signed myself up as well. Both my Sons experience and mine have been great and continue to be each time we go. The instructors and other participants of the art new or experienced are all very inviting and welcoming. I enjoy seeing My Son on the mats and look forward to my classes each time.
