Posted 1 year agoThis gym is home to some of the most wonderful coaches and patrons I've ever been around. Great people with big hearts and skills to match. Everyone does a great job of pushing you to grow while keeping you safe. Very welcoming and plenty of opportunity for personal connection and growth. We're all one big family in here.
Posted 3 years agoThe coaching staff makes an MMA gym. At union every coach is an expert in his craft and will take their time to build you as a fighter. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking to get into fighting or already has a few seasons under their belt.
Posted 1 year agoGreat place for beginners such as myself. I'm 53 and enjoy working out with these guys, we have several Coaches who bring in different disciplines, best bang for your buck.
Posted 2 years agoCoach Sean and all the coaches here at Union Combat are the most passionate, knowledgeable, and caring trainers i have ever had. The coaches truly care about everyone that enters the gym and welcomes everyone as a new member of our family. Coach Sean explains everything very well and in a way that you can adapt everything into your own personal style. I've learned more in my 4 months of being here than I did in 10 years of TaeKwonDo at other places.
