I’m nearly 2 months in having started on the 10 day free trial. I was made very welcome as soon as I walked in, by both the instructors and members. The quality of instruction and the structured teaching system are first class. The members help each other and it’s great fun. If you’re thinking of taking up Jiu -Jitsu, don’t hesitate, just come along. You won’t regret it. I wish I’d started earlier. Age is no barrier.

Fantastic facility with very friendly and highly knowledgeable instructors. Warm and welcoming students, which contributes to the creation of a great training atmosphere. Highly recommended club, great for people of all ages.

A really fantastic place to learn GJJ. Everyone is so helpful and supportive, great culture and safety is really prioritised. Cant recommend starting your Ju Jitsu journey here enough!

Calm and inclusive training environment with emphasis on education and building knowledge. No ego's on the mat and delivered at an individuals pace which gives the body time to adjust to new movement without risking injuries. Glad the place was recommended to me.

Great club! Great instructors! Great members! Structured classes with very knowledgeable instructors. Beginners welcomed each week and meticulously taught the techniques. The only problem is….that I didn’t start sooner!
