    This program is set up perfectly to ensure students have created a solid foundational understanding of self defence before they experience live fight simulations. Beyond the hands on techniques the program touches on the importance of energy conservation and distance management in the event one has to defend themselves. The instructors who teach the program are all very knowledgeable and treat the students like peers. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming to new students and friends will be made quickly.

    I haven't been to a class in a while yet I still remember everything coach Mike and coach Kyle taught me - they are amazing instructors, along with the rest of the team! I always looked forward to coming to class and enjoyed every lesson they offered. Would highly recommend the women empowered self defense program (it's actually life-changing)!!

    I have been a member for a few years. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Instruction is great. Instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. Members are all friendly. Jiu Jitsu can be intimidating but they make it comfortable to get started.

    Been training with these guys for the last 6 years and they are just amazing! Mike the instructor is a great teacher, the curriculum is hands down the best, and the way it's taught is broken down where they make sure you'd learn it! A great jiujitsu and self defence gym! You guys should give it a try soon!!
