    This incredible gym has been a part of our family for almost 6 years now. Even after moving out of town for a brief time, they welcomed us back with open arms. I guarantee you will not find a more positive training environment anywhere else. I know my girls are receiving top notch instruction from coaches who are constantly sharpening their own skills so they can bring the best instruction to every class. Whether you have never stepped foot on a mat, or have been training for years, Gracie Burlington will give you skills that you will use for the rest of your life.

    There are some places that when you walk in, it feels like home. This is unquestionably one of them. They have classes for kids of all ages, adults of all shapes and sizes. Experts to run the classes in an environment that makes you feel welcome. Truly one of a kind, by the kind of people, who simply aim to help folks be the best version of themselves.     Gracie Blackbelt level Jiu Jitsu instruction, Professional MMA instructors, Olymipc level Wrestling instruction. In my opinion, having trained at varrious schools since 2006, Gracie Burlington is the most well rounded, professionally run school in the area and to my knowledge, the State. Programs range from kids grappeling, adult fundamentals to advanced adult classes as well as striking, competition class and many other options. With varrious opitions of class packages and class schedules to fit your needs and life style I could not give a higher recommendation of a location to train. **5 years later, the school is in a new location which is even better than the original and the quality has only gone up! The best around, HANDS DOWN...
