The owner and lead instructor are wonderful people with huge hearts that only want to help you. They welcomed my beginner ministry group and gave detailed instruction. Not a single person got hurt and we all had a massive smile on our faces throughout the whole session. What an incredible experience and we wish to do another one soon. This place if very highly recommended and if you mention Holy Rollers they will offer you a free trial month!

I visited GB Frisco from another BJJ club. Everyone at Gracie Barra Frisco was friendly and welcoming. Professor Alejandro Siqueira was very professional and the training was very challenging. I will be sure to bring my gear and train here the next time I visit Frisco. - Mark R.

I dropped in while visiting family and Professor Alejandro Siqveira's class was very good! Detail oriented but not overwhelming. His variations of finishing techniques were different from what I'd learned before. Everyone in class was very welcoming and safe to train with!

Professor Alejandro Siqueira at GB Frisco is a great jiu-jitsu instructor. I’ve had the honor of participating in a few of his classes, and he does an excellent job explaining the curriculum to all levels. His positive attitude generates a safe and welcoming jiu-jitsu class. I’ve only dropped in for a few classes, and every time, I’ve been welcomed by his staff and other classmates.

I come from the Overland Park Gracie Barra school in the Kansas City area. Professor Alejandro Siqueira was most welcoming of me to his school in Frisco. The school was well organized and the students were all helpful. They treated me like I was their own. Thank you very much Professor for letting me learn from you while I was on vacation visiting the Dallas area. I’d love to roll at your school again when I’m back at the Frisco area.

My son and I have been training with Gracie Barra Frisco since the opening of the school and absolutely could not be happier. Both Professor Peter and Professor Jose are excellent instructors who exhibit professionalism at every class and have been excellent mentors for both me and my son. Jiu Jitsu is not easy. It is hard. It is demanding on the body. It is a discipline that takes many years to even begin becoming proficient. With all of that said, I wouldn't trade it for anything. The amount of discipline and self control that it teaches young children all the way to adults is priceless. Come try a class at Gracie Barra. Leave your ego at the door. The staff and students are family. My son and I are extremely grateful to be a part of this family.

Great place to train in Frisco. The instructors are known and care about the students. The gym and locker rooms are very clean which if you have visited some gyms you know that some can be somewhat dirty. Highly recommend

My family of 5 (including 3 kids) trained under Professor Peter and Coach Rose at Gracie Barra Thousand Oaks. Everyone at the academy was sad to see them go, but Frisco, our loss is your gain! Their instruction is effective and proven, with a perfect blend of technique, motivation, and patience tailored to all skill levels. Whether you want to be a competitor, learn self-defense, need a new family activity, or get a great workout, GB Frisco is for you. The new facility is beautiful, spacious, and clean. It's obvious that a lot of work and pride went into building this academy. The best time to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was yesterday. The second best time is today.
