My daughter has been taking jiu-jitsu classes here for a few weeks now, and we’re absolutely loving it! She gets so excited to go to class and truly enjoys every minute. The instructors are amazing — patient, kind, and really great with kids. It’s been wonderful to see how much confidence, discipline, and joy she’s gained in such a short time. The environment is very welcoming. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the Gracie Barra Flatirons gym. The staff is incredibly friendly and the professors are the top of the game. I highly recommend this gym for all levels of jiu-jitsu practitioners. Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra Flatirons has completely redirected my life and helped restore my relationship with my daughter, who also trains at Gracie Barra Flatirons. GB Flatirons is a fantastic and welcoming place to train and begin your BJJ journey. They start you at the very basic fundamentals and make sure you are ready to move up into higher forms of BJJ. Customer service is also great and very helpful. The staff and your peers are welcoming and kind; it really feels like a family!

Amazing community and instructors! The program for kids is well-structured, fun, and engaging. Having been a collegiate wrestler and having more than a decade of experience as a multi-sport high school coach, I know what quality instruction looks like, and this is it! The classes are run with the right balance of empathy and compassion for kids and a sense of discipline and a no-nonsense let’s-get-to-work culture.
