I had been looking for an activity to put myself in last year and knew I wanted to go back to martial arts. When I contacted and met Professor Jaime and Professor Daniel, I felt so welcomed immediately. Everyone trains hard together, motivates each other, and laughs hard together. I really couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend my evenings with.

Been training here for almost 6 months now and still one of the best decisions I have made. I had no idea what to expect when I scheduled my trial course with professor Daniel. However, after a short one-hour trial lesson, I was won over by professor Jaime and professor Daniel's professionalism and camaraderie. Their teaching spoke for itself. Over the short time period I have been here, I have not only have the opportunity to learn from the most caring, funny, and genuine instructors, but also met other amazing students and have grown to be teammates with them. Going to class doesn't feel like a dragging obligation, because this Gracie has fostered such an inclusive and welcoming environment that truly makes everyone feel at home.
Gracie Barra is a good place to learn jujitsu. I have been here since I was 5. I like the schedule and they separate the classes well. The Professors and coaches at Gracie Barra are excellent, as they work on exceeding every kid to the best of their abilities. My little brother and I have been going since he was five and I was seven. Ever since then, we have learned how to defend ourselves from kidnappers and bullies. Every week at Gracie Barra, we learn new defense moves and try them out in a safe environment. Long story short, I recommend Gracie Barra for kids to learn how to defend themselves and get stronger.

This place is awsome (im a kid that goes to this Jiu Jitsu) everyone here is so nice it has very good training. we learn lots of self defense . you should really try it out!. Kids, Adults, Teenager and more!😀
Great place good instructors wonderful attitude
Both of my children train out of this school. When we were looking for an activity to put them in we looked at everything from baseball to soccer, you name it. We got here, had our first intro class and at the end, my children asked me if they could do jiu jitsu everyday. You see, you don’t really truly understand what it does for you, until you experience it for yourself. Try it, you are definitely going to get to know yourself better. Adults and children alike. This is the school to train with. ☀️

Amazing academy! The coaches here are dedicated to every single student no matter the age or rank. The vibe here is 'family.' Starting jiu-jitsu was intimidating, but every student was so welcoming and helpful, I immediately felt at home and couldn't wait to train again. As a women it can be nerve-racking to start something new, especially when it comes to fighting! The women here aren't 'cliquey' at all and instead help and encourage each other to train more and harder! The kids program is phenomenal. It's structured and they focus on more than just training...they teach discipline, hard work, loyalty and basically, just how to be a great human being. The academy itself is clean and never smells like a moldy gym. They just upgraded the mats and did an awesome job. I would recommend this place 1000 times. If you're looking to start training or looking for a new home school....come check it out!
