My children and I attend this location, and it has truly become a second home for us. It all began with me taking classes and loving the experience, and soon after, my children wanted to join, and they absolutely love it as well. The professors make you feel like you've been there for years, even on your very first day. The other parents and kids follow suit, and everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. The techniques taught are exactly what I was looking for, and the instruction is at a pace that is easy to understand. I will forever be a part of the Gracie Barra family.

As a former professional athlete I’ve always searched for other hobbies/sports that could fill the athletic void I experienced after retiring. From the moment I began training at Gracie Barra I knew I’d found something I love just as much, if not even more, than my previous sport. From day one, it not only surprised me how positive and uplifting the community within the gym is, but also how easy it’s been finding like minded people who want to see themselves and others around them improve daily. I’ve had some amazing coaches in my athletic lifetime and I can honestly say the Professors/Coaches at Gracie Barra are second to none when it comes to the knowledge they present during instruction, their ability to relate to each individual athlete, and how engaging they are during class.

I have a 3.5 year old and true instructors are very attentive while he is learning with the older kids. He really wants to go to class after his third class. Teacher to Student ratio if good so they could scale their attention to everyone. Highly recommend it for kids.

My son has been doing jiu jitsu at Gracie Barra Ashburn since he was 3 years old. This school has helped bring out so much confidence in our child and he thoroughly enjoys the multiple classes he attends each week! The professors and coaches are kind, thoughtful and are all so good working with the kids on their level. There is a real sense of community at this school and I’m so happy we found them!
