I have been searching for a women's jujitsu class for a while. It was important for me to have a safe space to begin my jujitsu journey in. The people were really friendly and welcoming. The coach adapted the practice to suit my level (absolute beginner). I spend every week excited for the next 🥰

A Phenomenal club with great coaches, and a growing female cohort. I joined Gracie Barra last October when they put on an 8 week women only subsidised training course. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed, and continue to train. The coaches and professors are fantastic, ready to explain and go over anything one does not understand. The embiance is that of mutual respect, support, and growth. It is also very friendly, when we are not trying to outdo each other during specific training😄😄😄.

Really friendly and welcoming place - exceptionally clean and bright too. As a woman, I feel very comfortable training here. The coaches have been great in supporting me from absolutely zero skill, fitness and flexibility to start with, and I am really enjoying learning this new activity.

I spent a large amount of time looking for a club I could take my son to as I only have him alternate weeks. Although this is not ideal for train the team pointed out the drawbacks they were willing to give him a chance. My sone attended for three months and every member for the team were great, all knew their stuff and were great with the children, knew all name and focused attention were it was needed. As 2nd Dan myself I can say that the training was very good and well paced, I would highly recommend both the staff and facilities. Thank you

Apperley Bridge Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent place to train. Coach Khalil is fantastic at teaching and really knows how to break down techniques in a way that everyone can understand. The environment and atmosphere are welcoming and friendly, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced practitioners. With classes available daily for all ages, there's plenty of opportunity to train and improve. I highly recommend Apperley Bridge Gracie Barra to anyone looking to get into Jiu-Jitsu or take their skills to the next level.
