  Dropped in for the Thursday beginner/advanced class (for a bit of bonus training) and was made thoroughly welcome. Level of coaching was top notch, as evidenced by the quality of the students, and I had some excellent and respectful rounds with everyone. Highly recommended and I've heard they're moving to an even better venue, so keep your eyes peeled.

  Brilliant place to train. From the moment I stepped into this gym, I was welcomed with open arms by Coach Babar who has helped me every step of the way. Not only on the mats but off the mats too, an incredible set of people to train with and I cannot recommend it enough 🙌

  Been to a lot of martial arts gyms but this is by far the best. Babar (the coach) is very personable, spends a lot of time teaching you, answers all of your questions and supports you on your journey. On top of that, the gym is full of nice lads who support and encourage you. Everyone’s competitive and looking to push you to make you better but also compassionate with that family vibe. I’d recommend everyone to try the beginners classes and give it a go. I tried it over a year ago and haven’t looked back. Also, I tried it with preconceived idea that I wouldn’t like it as i was more into Muay Thai. I’ve now left Muay Thai and do this multiple times a week…snm.

  Great place and environment. The coaches and lads respect everyone and are willing to teach and learn. I know the coach for about 8 years, my boys were young kids when started, they have matured and learnt a lot throughout the years. The coach is very friendly and always willing to teach fairly and make you grow with knowledge and skills

  Went for an open mat and had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Had an hour of solid rounds and good conversation. Highly recommend
