  Gon has took me from a complete beginner who had never thrown a punch before to an active Pro-am fighter in 1 and a half years. Throughout my journey I have been to several different gyms around the UK to train and spar and not one has came close to energy and attention I’ve received here. Gon has even given me the opportunity to start teaching beginners with him and it really opened my eyes to how much passion and attention every single student is expected to receive here. Yes the coaching is exceptional but I think what really makes the difference is the community and people that are apart of gon Muay Thai, it’s a welcoming place and every session is full of laughs. Whether your a complete beginner or an active fighter you won’t find many better options that gon Muay Thai

  Gon is an outstanding and dedicated coach. His attend and enthusiasm is felt from novices all the way up to his fighters. His wealth of knowledge of Muay Thai is impressive, blending traditional thai knowledge with new techniques and the ever evolving state of Muay Thai. Gon took me on after training for 3 years elsewhere, fighting twice, but with an array of old and bad habits, he’s helped me look at my fight game, strip it back to its core and build stronger foundations which have served me so well. The gym atmosphere itself is so friendly and engaging, as a lass who has trained at a number of different gyms across the country this is one of the most welcoming communities I have found. Highly recommend training here whether you’re brand new or looking to level up your fighting!

  Gon is such a great coach! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about fighting, but it is rare to find a coach so dedicated to his students. Gon genuinely cares about everyone who attends and really pushes you to be the best you can be, and is always finding ways to help improve the classes and students. Classes are always a 50/50 of fun but real, gritty Muay Thai training and I always leave feeling I have improved in something. There's always a space for anyone whether you are new or have real fighting experience, would reccomend to anyone wanting a new Muay Thai gym to train at!
