  I came to head coaches Philip Else and Suzie Buckley with two goals: I wanted to be able to fight, and I wanted to do so by being a well rounded martial artist. Since then I have progressed over five different disciplines (MMA, Kick-boxing, Catch Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Capoeira), collected medals, fought on shows, and competed on a world stage. I have achieved new strength milestones year on year, am in the best shape of my life, and understand my body mechanics deeper every day. They have rehabbed me through injury, re-motivated me through losses, and reminded me what true coaching is supposed to be. This is an honest fight team, with committed coaches and a supportive community. They will listen and help you with whatever goals you have, whatever level you are at. Rammed timetable, lots of mat space, strength equipment available. Almost always women training in every class - you won’t be the only one, come say hi 👋

  Community and family oriented gym, MMA, martial arts and general fitness centre. Plenty of space and excellent facilities. Instructors are exceptional in their knowledge, commitment and passion across a broad range of sports.
