Our family has trained with Sensei Jonathan and Ms. Lisa for years, and there was absolutely no question that we would follow them to their brand-new location. We wouldn't even consider training anywhere else. It is rare to find an instructor like Sensei Jonathan who has such a great way of connecting with students of all ages. He manages to keep my three kids focused and motivated while still providing a challenging, high-level workout for me as an adult student. With Ms. Lisa and Sensei Jonathan at the helm, the new studio is a fantastic, welcoming environment. If you are looking for a place where your whole family can grow together, this is it!

Best Sensei’s in town! Perfect balance of discipline, physical movement/exercise, and play for our 5 year old son! I have never seen instructors that are so good with the kids that can wrangle them in even in their most wild moments! They have a great trajectory for growth, and an amazing focus on respect, discipline, and introducing structure and instruction…I’ve looked at all of the different martial arts places around and this is by far the best choice!
