Truly a fantastic place to train! Great coaches who are highly skilled and provide a safe space to train. The coaches all compete at high level tournaments and bring their skill set to class each time. The attention to detail and corrections they make improve your training. They also promote a wonderful and welcoming community. Highly recommend whether you have never trained previously or are looking to get back on the mats.

Georgetown Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is truly an exceptional school. The level of instruction is top-notch, with experienced and knowledgeable coaches who are dedicated to helping every student progress, no matter their skill level. The sense of community here is second to none—everyone is welcoming, supportive, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Training at Georgetown BJJ offers all the benefits that make Brazilian Jiu Jitsu such a powerful martial art: increased physical fitness, mental toughness, discipline, and self-defense skills. Whether you’re looking to compete, get in shape, or simply be part of a great community, this school delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

I love this place. The atmosphere in the room is electric. Great coaches and every time I go to class is like a class breath of fresh air for my mental health. Would definitely recommend for this looking to get fit, feel confident about their self defence skills and breathe in new environments!

The class is good, the teachers are great, but there is a BIG problem: the place is so stuffy that there is no oxygen. Everyone is breathing the same air. I'm not talking about air conditioning, but about ventilation. There is no air exchange in the place, there are no windows, fans or exhaust fans. The administrators don't care about that. Many parents can't stand it. My daughter and I left there with headaches. I'm going to have to move her out.
