My son has been training at Fluxo for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with his progress. Under Coach Jose’s guidance, he’s not only developing discipline but also learning how to navigate challenging emotions. The environment at Fluxo is incredibly supportive and feels like a true family. Everyone—from the coaches to the students—is welcoming and encouraging. Coach Jose strikes the perfect balance of being firm yet fair, creating an ideal atmosphere for both kids and adults to grow and thrive.

It has been one year since I’ve started my training and I am so glad I did. I was really nervous, as this was out of my comfort zone and co-ed. I’ve done a lot of healing on the mats training and learning with Fluxo. We have a wonderful group of women and really respectful men. I never thought I’d be so happy in a close contact activity. It’s what I needed in my toolbox to feel strong, safe and protected. Even on days when I’m tired, stressed or anxious, I leave feeling light and happy. If you are thinking about trying a class, do it. If you want self defence try Saturdays 11:30am class with Coach Arielle. If you want to try it all, Tuesday and Thursdays 7:30pm-9pm. Grateful for Coach Jose and the Fluxo community!

I've learned so much since I began here, and I have improved my ground game a lot. Coach Jose knows the ins and outs of jiujitsu, and he's always helping us perfect our technique. Plus, everyone here is an amazing individual, and the atmosphere is awesome. It's a great community to be a part of!

Even though I have spent most of my experience doing our training session online, the quality of the training session Coach Jose puts out has helped me become more athletic, lose weight, and has prepared me for my fitness test for the army, which I have successfully passed. I highly recommend Fluxo if your goals are to become more athletic and learn BJJ with the best.

I've been training BJJ here for a few months; also have been doing some private lessons with Coach Jose. It is a powerful place to grow. The skills you develop here are priceless; and the personal development you gain will change you. Fantastic school with a Martial spirit. Look no further if you are looking for the real-deal.
