On a recent business trip I contacted the gym and enquired about a drop in class. The owner Pedro could not have been more helpful. Great gym with quality instructors and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend.

Frota Academy Luzern is very good place to learn Jiu Jitsu. It is a very good atmosphere. The coach is very friendly.

I am a father of two small children and work full-time. Frota Luzern enables me to pursue my passion for this sport and also supports my family life. Children are welcome and there are even special offers for childcare at some weekends, so parents can enjoy a nice evening while kids are entertained and have a good time. This is fantastic for me, as it allows me to pursue my hobby without having to neglect my children or wife. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the interaction is very respectful. The quality of the training and the ever-growing range of activities are excellent. I can absolutely recommend Frota Academy Luzern, just come in and try it out for yourself. See you there David
