Absolutely love this place! Our daughter has learned so much and absolutely loves it here. Coach Tina and Isaiah are so great with all age groups of kids. They always go above and beyond in showing they care for each child and take the time to teach skills to become successful.

Brought our daughter in to Frequency BJJ after moving from another gym and our daughter instantly fell on love with it. The coaches are awesome and overall it is a good environment for kids and all to learn! Looking forward to being apart of the team here!

Stopped by on a work trip. Welcoming group of ppl and owner/coach Kyle has very solid jiujitsu. Would recommend anybody to stop by here!

Just started classes for my toddler & he fell in love with the instructors.Coach Tina is very welcoming. They are very helpful & energetic. He really enjoys coming.

Frequency has been awesome for us. We signed our son up when he was 4 and over a few months time he has progressed and is really enjoying it. Frequency has welcomed us like family and treats all the kids with kindness, patience, and respect while incorporating discipline and training styles that help with confidence and strength. They definitely meet the kids where they are at and also challenge them which helps them grow and learn but they still have fun while doing it. Sign up for frequency!! Coach Tina and Coach Isaiah are awesome. Spectacular coaches. 10/10 would recommend!
