I have been charged hundreds of dollars trying to get my membership cancelled. I have it in writing from ASF that my membership is cancelled. They are still trying to send me a new bill every month. I had to cancel the card I signed up with. It is very hard to contact anyone at ASF in the first place. They will tell you what you want to hear and then continue charging you. Posted 1 year agoIf you are in Lexington, Kentucky, and you go anywhere else to roll box train or take anything about MMA seriously this is exactly where you need to go Jamie---I got the logo tattooed over my chest. I love this gym.
Posted 1 year agoBeen in martial arts all my life. This is a REAL place to train! From beginners to experienced there is training beneficial to all ages and fitness levels - but you WILL get more fit while developing life skills and superior health. No fluff. Real deal!
Posted 1 year agoI’ve trained BJJ, Boxing, and MMA in this gym for a long time. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The quality of training you get from here is next to none. It is a one-stop for all major combat sports disciplines and the coaching is outstanding. Come train at The 4.
Posted 2 years agoGreat place, great instructors. I had the opportunity to take bjj here for several months. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting to learn how to take down people bigger than them in a fight. I would definitely go here again for future training.
