  What a great place to learn jiu-jitsu for any age. My daughter learned so much and Julian is a great and patient teacher. This is a great place for your kid to learn discipline and build confidence. You will not be disappointed at a place like this. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Our almost 5 year old really enjoys the kids jiu jitsu class. It has been a wonderful experience for her. We highly recommend you try out the free trial class - you won’t regret it!

  We love this gym! The coaches are amazing with kids—super patient, encouraging, and really know how to make learning jiu jitsu fun. My daughters always leave class with a smile on their face. Coach Jay always takes the time to work with each student to make sure they are getting the most out of class. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a great place for their kids to train!

  Thank you @wedefyfoundation for pairing me with this great Jiu-Jitsu Family. Being a member of F.I.T.E. Fit and We Defy Foundation has been an amazing new journey in my life. I am grateful for falling in to these two great organizations that have a passion for Jiu-Jitsu and their communities.
