Amazing work, great coach and professional, my children learned very fast I recommend this self defense class!
The sensei and members are kind and courteous. I couldn't recommend this place enough. 10/10 would recommend for those both interested and not interested in self defense as they make the class fun and less scary.
Great gym with clear, structured teaching that works for all levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can always ask questions without feeling awkward. Sensei Mike is an excellent coach — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping people improve.
Amazing private lesson course and went to the group classes which was included in the course. Highly recommend!
Sensei Mike is amazing teacher! He will teach you all beginner and advance techniques. Very happy with my decision to take the full course. Feeling so much more confident walking on the streets! Must have for everyone who wants to know the advance self defense!
