Everyone at Fearless Martial Arts is amazing. We started with signing up our son in the mommy and me class with our then 3 year old. Since then our son has grown leaps and bounds. Not only in martial arts skill but he is much more outgoing, more confident, and physically more capable. I cannot stress enough how martial arts is one of the most rewarding experiences you can sign your child up for. He will soon be 5 now and is still excelling and looks forward to his classes. Sean does an amazing job instructing, guiding and helping each and every child learn martial arts. Regardless of age. Sometimes toddlers can be a handful especially when grouped together lol. Every assistant or other instructors he has are all helping, knowledgeable and great! Even down to the parents that signed their children up they are all nice and polite. I’ve watched many of other parents children congratulate and assist my son in learning as he is one of the youngest ones there. Always ready to lend a helping hand. It is like one big family mentality there. It is better to get a child physically active young and this is truly one of the best experiences you can provide for them. They offer classes for all ages of kids as well as adults n they also have kick boxing classes for women etc… Give them a try today!
Posted 1 year agoI communicated with Sean to set up a time to accommodate a women’s self defense group. Communication was great. The class, even better. We were led by Tom who has an extensive background which made him very knowledgeable of the subject matter. All 3 instructors (Tom, Sean, & Doug) were very kind, respectful, professional, passionate, willing & eager to teach us not only to be aware of our surroundings to avoid bad situations, but how to physically protect ourselves should we end up in one. I recommend this class to everyone. I will definitely be taking it again.

Posted 2 years ago10 years ago, my son asked me if he could sign up for karate. The next day he was signed up, with then, McCormick Karate in Oxford. Although the name and location have changed, the life lesson’s are the same. The instructors have a tremendous amount of knowledge well beyond their years. It wasn’t long after enrolling my son that I got out of my comfort zone, starting my own journey in several forms of self defense taught through, then, McCormick Karate and now Fearless Martial Arts. My son is now 18 with a black belt in Tang Soo Do and on his way to a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve told my son numerous times that I don’t know how different our lives would be had it not been for our involvement with this organization. The people involved will end up being your closest friends. Fearless Martial Arts is a fun, family friendly atmosphere I’ve always been proud to be a part of.
