    Instructor, Arnis Ekens, is one of the most loyal and dependable black belts I've had the pleasure of training with. He has relentlessly pursued training in taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo and more for several years. He's a great guy with a true love of martial arts.

    Nice place. They train you individually - adults and kids. Good instruction in brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and karate. They approach everyone based on your physical condition. Good, friendly relaxed family environment to learn necessary skills for self defense and competition. You can study martial arts at your pace.
