I've been at ESC for almost two years now and I'd like to express my enthusiasm for the school. I find it truly touching how the leadership combines community, martial arts, various events, inclusivity, the necessary discipline and respect, expertise, organization, motivation, style, and passion. This isn't something to take for granted and, I think, also contributes to the fact that a lot of respectful and helpful people come together at this school. I've never experienced any major conflicts, never a training session that didn't work out for such reasons, or anything like that. They say there are occasional disagreements everywhere, but how rarely they occur here is remarkable. I think you'd just feel silly trying to act out your ego in the ESC community – maybe that's why it's so peaceful. The schedule is also remarkable. The fact that so much is offered every day also means that the school is a second home for many, where you can do what you need or want every single day. You decide where your journey leads: Whether you "just" want to do fitness, take up kickboxing as a hobby, or even participate in tournaments – the ESC makes it possible if you want to pursue this path and work towards it. The great thing is: Everyone supports each other along the way.

Hello everyone, today I'd like to share my impressions of ESC Evolution Sportsclub with you. In my opinion, their goal is to create and maintain a great community where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys coming to training. This works very well even outside the sports center. Whether it's kickboxing technique, fitness, yoga, or full-body power, there's something for everyone, and you'll always find someone you know at training. With over 50% female members, the trainers also have the opportunity to introduce this wonderful sport to girls and women. There's even a special sparring session just for female participants. I experience the fun of the sport and the camaraderie, and leaving training feeling balanced, satisfied, and with a clear mind. The team of trainers is absolutely fantastic. They host special events several times a year (now featuring a Thai boxing champion, a first in Germany). So, if you're looking for something near you, a 5-star rating is realistic and accurate. And honestly, anyone giving three stars because of the working hours clearly wasn't there to see it for themselves and participate. People who work shifts train here, and it works just fine, so let's be honest. Oh, and the trainers know almost all the members by name :-) So come along and give it a try. Two trial sessions are free.

I've been a member of the ESC sports club for a month and a half. From the very first trial session, I felt incredibly welcome. All the trainers are fantastic; they really cater to each individual. The team spirit is also truly exceptional. The range of classes is diverse, and every class I've taken so far has impressed me. I highly recommend the club to anyone wanting to learn kickboxing or simply stay/get fit; with such a variety of classes, there's something for everyone.

I've been going to kickboxing classes for four weeks now, and I have to say, the sport, the atmosphere, and the trainers are simply fantastic. You feel very welcome and respected there! I had never considered kickboxing before, but after the first trial class, I was 100% convinced.

My daughter started kickboxing in September 2024 and has been absolutely thrilled ever since. She goes to training with great joy and motivation. The trainers deserve special mention: they are very attentive, friendly, and support the children with great dedication. The children's training is very well-structured – exactly what we were hoping for. You can tell that they work with both heart and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to start martial arts.
