As an absolute beginner, I had a great experience. All coaches are super friendly and helpful. And the whole atmosphere of the club is very respectful. As a woman, with no prior knowledge, make sure to attend the women’s class on the weekends which is a great opportunity to ask questions which you might not be able to ask when the class is full on the weekdays. All in all, definitely recommend this club!

The CCB is the best martial arts gym in Bonn/Cologne area. It is a well managed place and I can only recommend it to anyone who is interested in both striking and grappling martial arts.

After two years of grappling/BJJ/wrestling training here I can only recommend this place for combat sports in Bonn. Highly skilled trainers, nice partners, and much fun for those who want to compete and those who train with recreational purposes, too.

I have attended session on Tuesday evening with approx 25 guys and 2 girls. Nice atmosphere and knowledgeable approach from the coach to link the wrestling takedowns to the knee pass following by some specific back attacks and then free rolling with different level guys. Thank you guys.
