  Fantastic gym. Professor Lucas was very kind to me and accommodating. I visited from the US and this is one of the largest fighting facilities I have ever seen. I have done many matches and tournaments in Jiu Jitsu, but I did my first ever MMA class here, which was long overdo. Instruction was top notch and the training partners were great. I learned to keep my elbows close to my body for striking, even though you cannot tell that from the picture. Very respectful place. Good quality training where partners care about each other and want to learn and get better, not hurt each other. Very good pricing. I would recommend to everyone. Good respectful place for women to train too. They said they are offering yoga now too which is great cross training for Jiu Jitsu and mma. Can’t recommend the gym highly enough! Please go support this place I would like to come back here next time I visit. Thank you professor Lucas!

  Very cool gym, offering all kinds of classes from boxing to kickboxing and Muay Thai to BJJ, grappling, and MMA. Outside of classes, you can also train and do fitness exercises. All members and trainers are very helpful. Advanced and beginners train together, and everyone is very respectful and friendly. Everyone can achieve their individual goals here. PS: I noticed that a noticeable number of negative reviews have been posted here in the past 24 hours. I can only assume this is a targeted attack. These reviews do not reflect my experience with this gym at all.

  Two years ago, I gave this club a very positive review. Today, I regretfully have to take back what I said back then. Since the change of ownership, many things have changed for the worse. The quality of training and the support provided to members are no longer what I experienced back then. The atmosphere within the club has also deteriorated significantly. Where there once was a sense of solidarity and mutual support, there is hardly any trace of that today. The new owner doesn't convince me in his dealings with members or in the organization of the club. I am therefore no longer satisfied and cannot recommend the club.
