Starting next week, August 13th 2024, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm we will be offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here at the Box. Class will be led by my dear friend, Rob Serrao. We have known each other since elementary school and we have trained together since our teen years. Rob is a Black Belt in BJJ and he brings his 16 years of experience here for you. There will be NO CHARGE for the month of August, but we will still use the StreamFit App to schedule, so give it a try. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Hope to see you there! Mike
