My son joined EPIC a couple of months ago, and he has been enjoying every moment of his training. He recently earned his white belt, and it’s all thanks to Harrison and the amazing team. Their dedication, encouragement, and support have made his experience both enjoyable and rewarding. We couldn’t be happier with his progress and highly recommend EPIC to anyone looking for a positive and professional training environment.
Epic Lyde Green is fantastic! Kam and his team are both friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!
My son has been with epic for a long time now. He will be grading to his yellow belt tomorrow and still cannot fault them, they put so much effort into building children's confidence, giving them the tools and strength to move up in their abilities. Myself have also joined within the adult class and have enjoyed every session. Great club to be with!!!!! Dani
Excellent coach inside and out he is truly an amazing person absolutely 👌🏽
If someone is looking for a place that truly motivates and helps you grow, I definitely recommend this club. The coach is professional, has an individual approach, and knows how to adapt training to each student’s needs. A great place to improve fitness, develop skills, and train in a great atmosphere.

Epic is amazing, my son joined a few months ago and since joining his confidence is on a new level as is his focus and fitness! He doesn’t just want to sit on the PlayStation any more! He absolutely loves coming here. Kam and Harrison are brilliant coaches who give the children confidence to keep going, I highly recommend Epic at Lyde Green. The positive changes i have seen in my child since joining epic is amazing! Thank you!
My son absolutely loves Epic and always really looks forward to his sessions. The coaches are friendly, funny, and make the sessions really enjoyable. It has really helped build his confidence and given him a great sense of achievement. It’s wonderful to see how much he enjoys learning and developing his skills each week. We’re really grateful for the positive and supportive environment the team creates ✨
My son started kickboxing at Lyde Green Epic, and the transformation has been incredible. He now channels his energy positively, and his confidence and focus have grown so much. Coaches Kam, Harrison, teia and the young leaders are fantastic role models — supportive, skilled, and genuinely passionate about helping kids. The classes are fun, well-run, and perfectly balanced between discipline and enjoyment. I can’t recommend Epic enough. It’s had such a positive impact on my son that I even joined myself, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. If you’re considering kickboxing for your child or yourself, Epic is the perfect place to start. Highly, highly recommend!
