Been training here for about a year. Sam is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. Highly recommend if you're looking to learn self-defense.

Where do I begin? I’m currently laughing about all the funny things I could write about EKM because although we train seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. All the trainers are invested in our growth and practical applications of what we learn. I came here over a year ago with no marital arts experience and was welcomed. When I started I was told to focus on coming at least twice a week for what I learned to be able to build on itself and stick. I committed to it. Have hardly had a week where I didn’t come twice since and would give the same advice to others. If you’re nervous about learning self defense in an amazing environment, this is the place!

I've been training at Endurance since 2011 or 2012 (time flies). I was hooked from the first class and have been training 2 -4 nights a week ever since. If you stick with it not only will you become stronger and more confident but you will find yourself with a second family that cares about you and looks after you. It isn't easy but nothing good ever is.....

I've been training there for several years. Sam and the instructors are ultra-cool and very patient with us older, slow learners. I really have appreciated the opportunity to do bag classes over zoom.

I'd never done self defense before but always wanted to. The pandemic made me more scared in approaching people and I could tell it really impacted my self confidence and how I viewed myself. Talking with Sam the owner and some of the instructors, who were willing to work with me at my pace and still make me feel welcomed was amazing. It's hard learning something new as an adult and making the choice to come back to something you're not the best at. But everyone there makes it much easier! Love what I'm learning and my confidence and trust in my body and how I can respond to stressful situations has gone wayyy up!! Thanks y'all!
