After a few months at empty jacket i can say Dean and his team are high level bjj instructors. Not only the instructors but other members of the club will walk you through techniques and go at your pace. Family friendly but also some friendly savages here. I have trained gi and no gi and have enjoyed both thoroughly! Always keeps it fun and entertainment factor is always on point!
