The gym has very knowledgeable coaches and a friendly environment, with regular sparring sessions—great for professionals looking to train for MMA. That said, it might not be the best for beginners. I ended up with knee pain, and later realized it was due to poor technique while throwing kicks, but no one corrected me at the time.

Very family atmosphere, trainers and members are really top!! I have never felt as comfortable in a gym as I did here. You learn a lot and when you have goals like fights, you are pushed and prepared very well. For me this is clearly the best martial arts gym in Munich.
