We absolutely adore this club. The training is diverse, incredibly fun and will get you into shape. From Judo throws to Karate/Muay Thai punches/kicks all the way to some BJJ you’ll get to learn a plethora of martial art techniques. The trainers are very competent and helpful and the atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming. Add that to a fee of only 15€ a month and I don’t know what else you could ask for. Can’t recommend this enough if you’re even just slightly interested in martial arts

Great club. I've been a member since 2003. Excellent training sessions. Technique, self-defense, and fitness are all balanced. Plus, the people are nice. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, the best Ju-Jutsu club in Munich! I've been training here for a few years, and everyone is welcome. It doesn't matter whether you've practiced martial arts before or not, you learn everything from the ground up, step by step. If you don't know something and need to ask questions, it's not a problem. The trainers are very patient and will explain things a thousand times if necessary. I think it's great. Every week is always a complete pleasure.

For me, this is the best Ju-Jitsu club in Munich! I've been training here for years, everyone is welcome, and the program and instructors are very diverse. The focus is primarily on realistic self-defense, which can really help in a real emergency. But the training for belt exams is also well-received. For me, it's a highlight every week!
