Excellent programs for both adults and kids, great focus on teaching skills for real world application. The kids' program is particularly good. Elliot is very good at building relationships with the students and helping them grow where they need growth.

I've had the privilege of witnessing Elliott Rosa's storied career with the NHPD. From upstart rookie, to one of the Departments most effective, and respected leaders. Watching him train my children in jiujitsu, sparked my interest. When he opened his gym, It was a no brainer that I would attend. I love the atmosphere, and coach Elliott is top notch. He's the real deal.

My uncle Elliot Rosa is a very knowledgeable instructor. Not only knowledgeable but puts in a lot of time and effort into practicing his craft. He really cares about what he does for his students and it shows. I have been going to his classes every Wednesday night and I have learned a lot of techniques. Also, from the learning the techniques but doing them has been helping me with great exercise and strengthening my body. Also, his classes are great for single woman out here who want to learn how to defend themselves. The facility is very clean and a friendly positive environment. Please check it out!

Elliot is a great instructor. I was into jiu-jitsu many years ago and used to train alongside Elliot. I got out of the game due to an injury. Elliot open up his gym and reignited my love of jiu-jitsu. He’s also a good instructor for your kids to get them into some activities.

I’ve known coach and owner Elliot Rosa for almost 20yrs and was pumped when he opened Gracie North Haven. The Combatives program for adults and Gracie kids program are the best around. Shortly after signing up for the adult program my 8yr old daughter wanted to join too. The programs are designed to learn the true craft of Gracie BJJ and all the techniques required to be successful and learn the grappling art. The gym is clean and family friendly and the coach and staff are ran by family. Great overall environment if you want to learn and have fun. You also get a great workout ;). Highly recommend.

The Gracie Jiu-Jitsu program is excellent. It focuses on real life techniques that are taught in a safe and structured program. I have been to many different martial schools over the past 30 plus years and I can tell you that this school is fantastic. Coach Elliot is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and eager to teach. You need to try this school!

My wife and I joined a few weeks ago and what a difference this makes. I go to the gym and still never hit the muscle groups I hit now. Plus awesome instructors and great sparing partners here. This is so much fun and would definitely recommend.

Greeted by friendly and professional staff. I took a tour of the gym and it was modern and very clean. There are different classes offered for everyone and at any skill level. The instructor is dedicated and passionate about Jiu-Jitsu. It is also conveniently located. I would highly recommend Gracie Jiu-Jitsu North Haven.
