  Visiting town for the holiday and the wife and I decided to stop in for a class. Super welcoming and inviting atmosphere, with like minded individuals. Great instructionals from a talented individual, would definitely recommend and when we make it back down this way, will definitely be back.

  It is absolutely fantastic! The instruction from ET is world-class—clear, focused, and incredibly effective for all skill levels. What truly defines this place is the instructor, zero-ego, family atmosphere. Everyone is supportive, welcoming, and dedicated to helping each other improve. The mats are always clean and the training is high-quality. If you are looking for the best place to start or continue your Jiu-Jitsu journey, this is it. Five stars, highly recommend!

  A very welcoming and positive learning environment with clean and comfortable mats. Lessons are insightful, drills challenging, and well-paced rolls to put it all together. Having a great time developing my jiu jitsu in the community here.

  Clean mats, great technique, mindful students. I have been to many classes here and always seen great moves and never seen an injury! Women on the mat every class!
