  Great boxing coach and personal trainer. I attend the adult classes Monday and Friday and love it. Beside getting better at boxing it has also improved my fitness which has been a great help on the football pitch. Sidney the coach gives you the space to wok on your technique whilst also coaching you along the way. It's a good atmosphere and everyone is friendly and supportive. There is a wide range of ability from beginner to pro and everyone helps each other out. Highly recommend.

  Boxing in Bedford UK. If you're lacking in motivation like me then this is the place to come. I attend Sidney's class twice a week and leave feeling great . It's the best workout !!

  I have a great time whenever I train here. Sidney the coach is great at unpacking techniques to novices such as myself, and everyone has a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. There is also a strong emphasis on physical conditioning, with plenty of stretching and intense interval training, which I really appreciate. All for an impressively low price.

  This is great place to train and get fit. The coach and trainer Sidney Thompson always goes above and beyond to help you in your fitness quest. East Area Academy welcomes everyone and feels like a real family community. You get put through your paces but always feel like you've had a great workout. The equipment is all there.. you have gloves, pads, punch bags and the boxing ring..I have been a member for over 7 years and love it now as much as I did when I joined. Come on down to EAST AREA ACADEMY and join a great fitness family community 🥊🥊🥊

  In my opinion as have joined this gym since 2018 I can say that the leadership made by Mr Sidney Thompson on make this place very friendly and also give the Wright advice and change to progress in boxing for the youngsters regardless ethics or religious background and also keep always a good attitude and motivation on old age people. Overall a good quality gym and coach highly recommended. 👌
