Head coach Vinicius is a great coach and amazing with the kids. My 8 y/o daughter, brother and myself go here. It is welcoming and a great place to train with positive energy and kind and knowledge athletes. If you’re new or thinking about gi or no-gi you should give it a try.
tldr; Great place. Stop thinking about it and just do it. HEEEEEYYYYYY! I went through the Essentials program after literally thinking about it for months. The Essentials program is great because you are with people who are the same skill as you. I absolutely loved it. After the first time going I was there every night I could be. I came in as the IT guy who sits at a desk all day then goes home to sit more. A 20 minute walk was a workout for me. I look different. I feel different. I’m happier with who I am after getting started at E3. It’s really hard to put into words how grateful I am to have the community at E3. I have yet to encounter someone who wasn’t kind. Going to my first Saturday session and rolling with people more advanced, I was worried about being the new overweight old guy out on the mats. That worry disappeared quicker than I tap. The nature of everyone is just incredible. A bunch of really nice people who can make me tap at will but are kind enough not to. I look forward to my continued growth in the sport.
So cool so much fun! I participated in my first Jiu-Jitsu roll today. Now I see why people say you can get addicted to Jiu-Jitsu! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! Charlie and company are awesome I highly recommend checking out E3 if you’re interested in learning Jiu-Jitsu. I can’t wait for my next class. Awesome place! Awesome people!
I recently dropped in for the Tuesday night class at E3 and had a great experience. I contacted them through their website, and received a warm text message the next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly gym owner and found the facility to be spotless, including the newly remodeled bathroom. Professor Vinicius Gimenes personally introduced himself and made everyone, including myself, feel welcome. While the class focused more on competition training, I had the opportunity to roll with the professor twice, which was a highlight. I truly appreciated his dedication. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting the area. The only drawback was there was no gym swag to buy. I would have loved to buy a T-shirt. Thanks Guys.
10/10 experience w the team and other members at E-3 Jiu Jitsu. I have never done any wrestling or anything like this before so I was completely new, and everyone wants to help you get better. Not to mention I am in some of the best shape I’ve ever been in!

The staff and fellow students are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Vinicius and Charlie are excellent teachers. There was a real sense of camaraderie among the students, and I never felt judged or out of place, even as a newbie. The gym itself is well-maintained, providing a clean and safe environment for training. The atmosphere is conducive to learning, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive community. The facility's management clearly places a strong emphasis on creating a space where everyone feels valued and encouraged to reach their potential. I wholeheartedly recommend E3 Sports Facility to anyone interested in Jiu Jitsu, regardless of their experience level. I've been here for a bit over 3 years now. I love the community and people. The hours are diverse enough I can make multiple classes. I really enjoy the opportunity to work with black belts, and the variety of people that I can train with overall. The kids classes are a bunch of fun and made a world of difference since covid hit for her being active.
By far one of the best BJJ gym I have ever been to. Great instructor and wonderful atmosphere.

I have been going to E3 Jiu-Jitsu now for 1 year. From the first moment you walk through the doors everyone here makes you feel like you've always been here. So welcoming and kind are the owners. You don't need to know a thing about Jiu-Jitsu. Charlie is an amazing instructor trained by world class Jiu-Jitsu champions. You will not only lose weight and get in the best shape of your life, but you will also learn proper self-defense as well. My 10 year old daughter also does Jiu-Jitsu here and she loves learning with the other kids in her classes. A great place to train with some of the best people I know. I can't think of any other gym I would want to continue my Jiu-Jitsu journey with. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.
Very affordable price, quality facilities, and Charlie is amazing with my young child who is very shy and nervous. His enthusiasm and excitement ensure he has a great time when he gets over his nerves.
E3 really care about you outside of training. Always encouraging and really teach strong fundamentals.
This has been a wonderful winter sport for us! All 3 of my kids love being involved on the mat and enjoy the exercises that Coach Charlie gives them. The facility is large, clean and very inviting! Would highly recommend for any kids/adult who enjoys the challenge of martial arts.
I cannot stress enough how great everyone here is. There are kids that are 5yo in the kids classes and the instructor takes his time to be sure everyone is learning at their own pace. My daughter asks me every day if she has class that night because she loves it so much. For adult classes the instructor makes sure everyone understands the drills. It's great exercise and you learn something while exercising. It's more than a business, it's a genuine community from the first moment you walk in the door. They are definitely doing great things for everyone.
This is my 9th bjj school this year due to covid (OR IT WOULD BE 14). The school is awesome, very clean and nice , and the professor is very patient and thorough. Thanks for opening back up! Come down to E3 and get your roll on. OSS!

I’ve been training the grappling art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here for about 5 months and the whole facility and staff are very friendly and great. It’s family friendly and the training is great. Regardless of your skill level you’ll feel right at home and welcomed as well. The facility is great, the bathrooms have a shower, there’s plenty of mat space, they’ve got plenty of heavy bags to practice your striking in kickboxing, and they have a microwave and refrigerator to store your post-workout shakes and other items.
Gorgeous facility! Great class options for kids and adults! And they give back to Bullied kids in the community. You truly can not find a better facility. The owners are genuinely amazing people!
Great people! Fun classes for all ages and yoga in the morning! They've got punching bags for boxing as well as mats for jiu-jitsu. The place is beautiful as well, a great facility for overall. Bring your family, friends, or both!
I inquired one time about joining and ever since then I've been harassed and hassled with non-stop text messages from this place for well over a year. You'd think after a couple dozen messages that me not replying would give them the hint that I'm just not interested or ready, or capable of pursuing my goal in furthering my jiu jitsu knowledge, but apparently they refuse to take the hint. God willing, I'll be able to pursue my goals of bettering myself at this martial art, but because of this harassment I'll never consider practicing here at E3. I truly don't appreciate their tactics in getting new students and hassling someone relentlessly is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. When or if the day comes that I can start learning, I'll be searching elsewhere.
Fantastic instructors and environment. Super disappointed with Charlie's choice to still charge me even after letting them know i was not interested in their services.
