Drogo is an excellent BJJ coach with all the qualities you want in an instructor: strong technical ability, a deep understanding of mechanics, clear communication, and extensive competition experience. What sets him apart is how invested he is in his students’ development. He understands strategy and adapts his coaching to each individual, helping them build a game that works for their strengths and goals.

I highly recommend Drogo for private BJJ lessons, whether you're a competitor or just want to level up your game. He is a highly technical coach with a massive attention to detail. During our sessions, he constantly pushes me to my limits but always respects my personal learning pace. He’s also a great motivator on the days I’m lacking energy. Beyond his one-on-one coaching, Drogo is a fantastic role model in the gym; he enforces a culture of respect, immediately addressing bad behavior to keep the mats safe, friendly, and yet competitive. You couldn't ask for a better coach!

Great teacher with keen attention for details. He even helped me prepare for my white collar mma fight! Highly recommend for anyone interested in develop solid grappling skills.

Drogo is hands down the best personal Jiu Jitsu coach I’ve ever come across. I travel a lot so I’ve trained all over the UK since I was a teenager and he is my favourite of all time, hands down. My BJJ levelled up like 2+ years in the space of 6 months. Considerate, technical, funny, compassionate, zero ego. Everything you would expect from a Roger Gracie black belt. Male or female, it doesn’t matter. If you want to up your BJJ game in the East London area Drogo is the man, could not recommend him highly enough 🥋
