To say that Dojo’s is life-changing is an understatement. Being a part of the Dojo’s family builds confidence, shapes character, and so much more. The inspiration and disciplines is helping my son become the best version of himself. Looking forward to 2026!

My boys absolutely love DOJOS. We have been attending this karate school since 2020. Our little one recently joined. Every instructor we have had the privilege of meeting has helped my children thrive. The discipline and experience will be something they carry with them for a lifetime.

They are amazing. My son is special needs child and they work very hard with him and have so much patience. I could not be more grateful to this place in helping guide my child with learning more focus , respect, and self awareness giving him more control of his body by focusing on sitting still, standing in place.

We have been VERY happy with Dojo’s Family Martial Arts. We attend in Ankeny and Mr. Wilber sets a good example for our two kids who are currently enrolled (6 yo girl and 11 yo boy). Strongly recommend. The kids learn self defense, confidence, self awareness, and get to earn new friends.

Our son has been attending the Ankeny Dojo for over seven years now. He loves karate classes, SWAT, BBC weapons class, Boot Camps, parent’s nights out and all the workshops. He chooses to go 4-5 nights a week for multiple classes per day because he enjoys the great atmosphere. He loves tournaments and the chance to show what he’s learned. It has been a very positive experience for our family.
