I began attending adult BJJ classes in May of 2025 and am very grateful to the staff and students at this facility. It truly is a welcoming environment that is rich with knowledge, skill, and people ready to help.

Coach Jeff did an amazing Job teaching me my school the basics of BJJ. Dan was a pleasure setting us up with our uniforms for the day. All and all an amazing experience. Thank you team for all you do!

Primus Jiu Jitsu provides excellent programs for growth and encouragement, and the coaches are wonderful! I have kids in every level, Little Ninjas through Adult. The atmosphere is positive and the skills learned are priceless. Over the 4 years of being members, we have only grown in our appreciation for this amazing group of people. Thank you, Dillsburg BJJ!

My son tried for months to get me, and anybody he ran into, to come to the BJJ 6am class at the Factory in Dillsburg. I finally gave in. I really like the relaxed atmosphere of the early morning class. I realized that I was starting to feel like an old man. Well, I am 61... So. :) But that is beside the point. Stretching, calisthenics, and the training and guidance that Jeff and the rest of the crew in the morning class provide has made a huge difference in the way I now feel. I have been coming to the morning class for almost 2 years now, and I honestly feel and sleep better than I have in years. I still need to get to class early to stretch these old muscles, but would definitely encourage any of the older folks thinking about doing something to get in shape to give the club a chance. The young folks take it easy on me, so I am not too worried about being hurt. Just learn to tap quick and often :)

We joined Primus back in December and my 11 yo son has fell in love. From day 1 it was fun, educational and interactive. I like that several from the adult group help the youth class in perfecting the skills and guiding with each class. My son enjoys both the adult and peer interaction. The class times are perfect for our schedule. They always add an element of fun at the end of the class with games. Kids have fun, but don't realize it's helping them train. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a class for your child to be engaged in.
