Great establishment! My son and I visited to try out the Muay Thai beginners class. We met with Connor as our instructor for the evening and he was awesome. We learned some basic punches and how to execute them. We then worked on the heavy bags for a bit and before we knew it the class was over. Just before we departed for the evening, Master T stopped in and made certain to stop over to introduce himself and say hi. It was a pleasure to meet him as well. I hope my son decides to stick with it because this place is a well oiled machine with a lot of moving parts and it's so fluid with everything going on. It was a great first experience!

Great place . I’ve learned so much in just 3 months being here . Master T and the other teachers are great . Their knowledge and skills are on a whole another level and I am grateful to learn from such great minds. Learning here has helped me build my confidence and get in shape. I would recommend anyone to come here to learn martial arts or to get in shape.

I just started Muay Thai at Tama a few months ago and I have already learned so much. I leave every classes with more skills and knowledge. The instructors do a wonderful job at group teaching while also providing individual feedback. It’s a great way to stay in shape and learn.

So glad I tried out the Muay Thai classes! Trying to get back into shape and martial arts in general after a long hiatus and everyone was very supportive. The coaches are experts in their knowledge and very experienced teachers. In the time I attended I feel like I’ve already learned new skills and upped my game. Highly recommend checking out Dayton Muay Thai if you haven’t yet!

Whether you’ve trained before or are coming in with no experience, Dayton Muay Thai and the TAMA gym is the best place to learn and improve. Master T and the fellow instructors are everything a student wants in their teachers: patient, knowledgeable, respectable, and experienced. I have been training here the past few months and my skill set, endurance, and overall performance has skyrocketed. Wouldn’t recommend any other gym!
