This establishment is professional, sanitary, and dedicated to the growth of their students. I couldn’t recommend a better gym, after already being one in the area. The improvement after joining is night and day.

I visited Tama the day before Thanksgiving for the women’s bjj class. There weren’t many ladies that night but that allowed Richard to give us lots of extra attention to make sure we were understanding the techniques. We all had a great time and the facility is very clean and welcoming! I will definitely be back to train when I’m in town! Thanks to Mr. T and Richard!

This place has been a great gym to join and start learning BJJ. It’s huge inside, with lots of different spaces to hold classes and practice sparring. The changing rooms are nice and everyone who I’ve met that works here has been very kind and welcoming to me as a beginner. I’m excited to keep going and learning more!

Tama is an incredible school! As a lifelong martial artist i immediately fell in love with the aesthetics of the school. I love all the different disciplines offered. It even has its own Grandmaster who visits and teaches many of the classes every day. My entire family attends classes together. I would 100💯 recommend anyone looking for a new school to attend. I am a seasoned Muay Thai kickboxer. Come and spare with me!!
