  Two of my kids and myself train here. Dalua is a top notch instructor and everybody here is not only trying to get better, but also trying to elevate the game of everybody else. If you're looking for a place for you or your kids to train, you found it.

  I am so grateful for the incredible experience my son has had at Dalua Brazilian Jiu Jitsu . From the very first day, he felt welcomed and supported by the instructors . The coaches are highly skilled and genuinely care about the progress and well-being of each student. They create a positive, respectful environment where my son has not only learned valuable self-defense techniques but also gained confidence, discipline, and a sense of camaraderie with his peers. The classes are engaging and challenging, yet suitable for all levels, which has kept him motivated and excited to train. I highly recommend this place to any parent looking to provide their child with a meaningful and enjoyable martial arts experience

  My first time training Brazilian Jujitsu- and I couldn't have felt more welcome. The Professor is a Gem of a human, who makes EVERYONE feel comfortable (even my shy 4 year old). The gym is an assortment of locals, Military people (retired and active), kids, and all around amazing people getting out of their "comfort zone" and being healthy. I would give this Academy 6 stars if I could. Thanks for all you have done for this community Professor DaLua, and team! OSS!

  Welcoming gym & good rolls I was in town for the week and wanted to get some training in. I reached out to the three closest gyms. One only allowed visitors if you had a reference from an affiliate member to vouch that you’re a safe training partner. (Not throwing shade - they were responsive and polite but that’s just their policy.) Another didn’t accept drop-ins at all. Dalua BJJ answered the phone and welcomed me in right away. Their class schedule was posted online and no rules around color of gi , patches, etc. Midday class was 8-10 people, mix of blue & purple belts, and everyone was cool. Will definitely return when I’m in the area. Appreciate the warm welcome, Professor Dalua! 🙏🏼
