I was honestly a bit nervous before going to my first kickboxing class, but the atmosphere was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. The coaches were supportive, patient and really took the time to help everyone, no matter their fitness level or experience. The class itself was amazing such a good workout but also really empowering. I left feeling stronger, more confident and with so much more energy than when I arrived. Everyone in the class was friendly and motivating, which made a huge difference. If you’re a woman thinking about trying kickboxing but feel intimidated, definitely give this class a go. It’s challenging in the best way and makes you feel incredible afterwards. Can’t wait for the next session!

Great gym, knowledgeable coaches. I did the BJJ class and the other members were also helpful and good vibes. Highly recommend

I am a new kickboxing practitioner and i joined the Croydon Martial Arts Academy a couple months ago. Excellent environment, friendly staff, amazing professional instructors, especially Mr. Kum who teaches kickboxing. I am very pleased to be a member of this Academy!!
