  I’ve been training in Wing Chun at Crawley Combat academy as my 3rd discipline for about 2 years or so. I find the students and coaches very supportive, the atmosphere itself is rewarding in a sense that it takes your mind off all your worries. What’s most important for me is that Keith (head coach) teaches Wing Chun with self defence in mind. Every now and then your muscle memory kicks in and lets you realise how much you’ve learnt. Absolutely love it.

  Sifu Keith Collyer is a no-nonsense, down-to-earth instructor with a passion for keeping people safe. The academy itself is very well equipped, featuring weights, heavy bags and mats with a ring. The students are a lovely bunch and the atmosphere was very welcoming. If you're interested in learning a martial art, or you just want to get fit, then you should pop in for a trial. Sifu Keith, thank you for the experience!
