Coach Burtrum is AWESOME! I have my 4 year old boy enrolled, it has helped him so much! He is focusing more in school, learning how to be patient, and developing self confidence! This is a great program! I can’t wait to see my boy grow with this program and under the instruction of Coach Burtrum.

I absolutely love taking classes here I’m only on week 3 but I can already see improvement in myself. The coaches are amazing and always make sure to offer help to anyone who needs it. I would recommend Cosens Martial Arts to anyone who is looking for an environment that helps nurture a learning spirit.

I am blown away at how much my 6 yr old has already learned. The instructors are unbelievable great with all the kids, even my young son. I am EXTREMELY glad I chose Cosens for my son to begin his Martial Arts training. Amazing facility and equipment as well. Coach Diem has already earned a special spot with my son!

Enrolled my son Liam into karate because it's the only thing he ever told me he was interested in. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and felt like part of the family. Liam absolutely loves it and has made so much progress with his attitude and behavior already! Coach Sanback is amazing, very attentive to the kids and makes it a fun experience for them! Coach D is also amazing as well when it comes to helping the kids out! 10/10 recommended that you join the family if your kids are interested. You won't regret it!
