  We love Core Martial Arts!!! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive!! It can be intimidating starting martial arts but Core is welcoming and meets students where they are at. We also liked that they encourage overall health, good habits, and hard work. And kids and adults learn real world skills. My child is learning to actually defend himself, not just go through movements. Sparring is his favorite part!! I'm grateful he's found a place that encourages him, constantly teaching him new things and encouraging him to be better.

  Core MMA has been an incredible place for both me and my family. I train Muay Thai here, and the coaching, atmosphere, and overall training experience are top notch. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and push you to grow both in skill and confidence. What really sets Core MMA apart is how family-friendly it is. Both of my kids are in the children’s class, and they absolutely love it. The coaches do an amazing job of making the classes fun while still teaching discipline, respect, and solid technique. I can already see their confidence and focus improving. Whether you’re looking to train seriously, get in shape, or just want a positive environment for your kids to learn martial arts, Core MMA is the place to be. Highly recommend!

  If you're looking for real life self defense, you're in the right place at Core. Mr. Scott and Mrs. Carrie are very knowledgeable in the arts they are ranked and teach. This is not your typical martial arts school. You have ample opportunity to get one on one instruction when you're just not quite understanding a technique. They make sure you understand and can do it correctly. They work awesome with children. If you want to be there and succeed they will make sure you do just that. Along with Mr. Scott and Mrs. Carrie there are plenty of others who help instruct classes that are also well versed, knowledgeable, and capable of helping. This is a place my family and I call home.

  I’m a fighter here. We have great camaraderie. We train hard together and the training staff is very good at helping each person improve their martial arts skills. The gym is very clean and the equipment gets the job done

  My son has been studying with Core for 2+ years now. Not only is he learning martial arts, but they do a great job with teaching discipline, leadership and encouraging the kids to do things they might not otherwise feel comfortable doing. The whole crew at Core is friendly and easy to work with, and that is important given our variable schedule. Highly recommend Core if you or your kids desire this kind of growth opportunity.
