  Great experience! Great teaching! The class dynamic was great. They start slow make sure you have it down and if you have questions you can easily ask. Nobody is trying to shame you for being a beginner. If youre on the fence about trying Jiu Jitsu come in and try it out, challenge yourself!

  If you're in the Belleville area and you want to start jiu jitsu, this would be the place to start! Coach Mike is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Coach teaches in a way that is easy for newcomers to understand. It's a very welcoming environment with people that don't have any egos that only want to see you improve! recommend joining the course if you have any free time or if you just want a new hobby.
