One of the best training experiences I’ve ever had. First day in, every coach in there was so welcoming and willing to help me prepare for my fight, and gave me their time no questions asked. Not just the coaches wanted to help, but the rest of the team in there were happy to help me with everything. Incredibly selfless crew and the most welcoming I’ve ever been around. On top of that they are highly skilled. Everyone in there was tough and that was a huge plus for me.

I am thrilled to be a part of Cooper MMA! The vibrant, engaging, and individually tailored sessions cater to each student's needs. The mentors provide constructive feedback while promoting growth on both the physical and mental levels. An incredible place for education and self-awareness. Strive to seize a significant opportunity!

Would give 6 stars… but that’s not possible. Great people here. Cooper keeps a safe trading environment for all kinds of people. The bjj and judo are excellent ( that’s what I train, but the boxing and nut Thai look good too). Very self defense oriented classes, but some fun sporty stuff too. No gi is also really good with Carter…a more situational/experimental/play style of coaching. Cooper is the most encouraging bjj coach I have met…but still will coach you to do it right!

Been going to this gym for a year now. Sean is an excellent coach. He has a gift for teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Gi and No Gi. The Muay Thai class is great as well with a nice mix of drilling, padwork, and sparring. Boxing, and Judo are also taught at this gym with very convenient class times (morning, noon, and evening). I’d recommend this gym regardless of where you’re at in your martial arts journey, beginner, intermediate, expert etc.
