  Just wanna tell you guys that couches are super friendly that if you trouble learning a move, they make sure u get the right technique the environment is really friendly people they are hella motivating

  the members down there are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Could not recommend this place more, especially for beginners who might be a bit intimidated starting out a new martial art. Have not met a single bad egg in my time there. coaches clearly know their stuff and are very good at walking you throw the steps if your having trouble learning some of the moves, or drills.

  Oisin and Aleks are the best coaches you could ask for. Easy to learn from and a great training environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into martial arts.

  Very good gym. I'm a french kickboxer who was there for 2 days. Kickboxing coaches give perfect technical explanations and pay attention to details. The people are welcoming and respectful, and very serious and focused in training: everything is reunited to progress! 👌💪

  An amazing team and coach! Oisin has so much knowledge around absolutely anything you can think of when it comes to martial arts. A very dedicated coach and team who pushes you to be the best version of yourself! Always a pleasure to train here and from the very first day here it has been such a fun welcoming friendly atmosphere.
