Very welcoming club with amazing teachers. The club is very family friendly with me, my wife and my son able to train together. The teachers are very patient which enables you to learn at your own pace. From lesson one you feel you are learning effective self defence which gives you confidence should you need to defend yourself on any occasion. Highly recommend and I know all my family were addicted from lesson one. My son even commented after lesson one that he wanted to cancel our holiday so he could go back the next week and not miss a lesson.

An amazing family club. I'm a karate black belt with over 20 years experience, but chose this class for my son to start his training in. I couldn't help but get stuck in myself, and I'm now approaching my blue belt and he's still training. Highly, highly recommend.

I’m a previous black belt in karate, I found it hard to start as they are different styles but as it is so enjoyable, I was able to pick it up quickly. I found that it’s a great family vibe with an amazing mix of people at all different levels of skill levels from beginners to advanced, all looking to have fun.

Welcoming and friendly environment, with varying levels of experience in different martial arts. Adult and kids are all welcome and catered for depending on what you want to achieve or get out of the sessions.
